Richard Schultz

Richard Schultz founded Rightway Fence in April of 1999. Prior to starting the fence company, he had a background in steel manufacturing. He has been married to his wife for 36 years and has five children and 15 grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities.

Brandon Schultz

Brandon Schultz followed in his father’s footsteps and has been in the fence industry for 15 years. He now shares ownership of the family business continuing to support the local community that he was raised in. He has two children. In his free time, Brandon likes outdoor activities and cheering on his children at sporting events.

Chris Eckard

Chris is the lead installation technician who has spent more than 20 years in the fence industry. He has a background in welding and manufacturing and specializes in gate installation. Chris is a father of 4 kids and spends his free time fishing and giving back to the local community.

Tom Schultz

After spending more than 18 years in the Marine Corps, Tom has returned home to join his father and brother in the family business. His leadership and management skills as well as his experience in process improvement help to ensure Rightway Fence continues in the next generation. He has three children (all girls!) and enjoys outdoor activities, fishing, and playing golf.
