That said, I wanted to have a fence installed around the property with the backyard gated off from the front. "We were repairing an existing fence. We had a 20-year-old wooden shadow box fence. I asked for approximately 8 different estimates. One for repairing, one for replacing, one for different gates, one for part of it replaced and part repaired, I think you get the picture. We were a pain in the neck. Rich kindly and patiently gave me every conceivable estimate that I could possibly come up with.

The prices that we received were incredibly fair. We wanted a fence that was built by a craftsman. Rightway Fence gave us exactly what we wanted. We have a beautiful fence with three different gates. In every point of entry they dug and implanted concrete pavers. Every gate has three heavy hinges and a dependable latch. Brandon and his crew spent a few hours laying out where they intended to put each post and strings to make sure that every single post and picket were the same height. Before they left they picked up everything that could be picked up.

We are very, very happy that we found Rightway Fence. We ended up paying less than we anticipated which always makes you happy. I absolutely would use Rightway Fence again. I absolutely would heartily and happily recommend that friends, family or strangers use this great company."

"I can only use the words OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL when referring to Rightway Fence Co. I was scheduled to have my fence installed Sep 14. However due to Hurricane Irma coming up through Florida I suspected those plans were going to change. Rich was gracious enough to email and let me know that my installation date may change and I clearly understood and expressed to him that the installation is the least of my concerns. The day after Hurricane Irma passed through Ocala Rich called me to inform me that he will be out on Friday, Sep 15. When I asked If the hurricane had affected his home, he told me he was out of electricity but using a generator for power. He could have easily rescheduled and I would have understood but he insisted on completing the job as promised. Due to manpower shortage because of the storm, he showed up to do the job site with his lovely wife. Talk about customer service. "I recently had my fence installed by Rightway Fence and love it. I had 3 estimates and Rightway came in right in the middle of all of them. My cheapest company (only $200 less) gave me an estimate through email without even measuring or seeing my property visually. Also told me....give or take a few hundred if MY measurements were incorrect. The most expensive ($700 more) TEXTED my estimate after missing 2 appointments (sitting home 2xs waiting) and used Rightway Fencing's measurements from the previous day!!! Again, never visually seeing my property. Rightway Fence gave me a day they would be there for an estimate, and they were....right on time! My installation was scheduled and finished 1 WEEK BEFORE it was supposed to be. My fence looks great, the customer service is AWESOME, and the entire crew were friendly, polite, and very professional. Hello,

I’m writing this letter hoping that you will use it on your website as a testimonial. I would like people to know about the fine service and workmanship your business provides. While visiting my brother and his wife in Dunnellon, the day after Christmas, I decided to purchase a fence for them because they just got a dog. Visiting from out of state, I had no idea how to find a reputable fence company on such short notice. I found Rightway’s ad in the yellow pages, said a prayer, and called. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. She took down the necessary information and I received a phone call back within a few minutes from Rich, the gentleman who would do the estimate. Rich came the very next day and gave us a very fair and reasonable price. When we told him why we needed the fence he suggested that they bury part of the fence beneath the ground so it would be harder for our dog to dig out. Rich also offered to put cement blocks under the gate, and a snap fastener on the latch, at no extra charge. I then proceeded to sign the paperwork and pay the whole balance in full. After Rich left several friends and relatives said that I should not have paid in full because we would probably never see Rich again. WRONG!!! As soon as Rich was able to check with the town about the location of the underground electrical wires two men came and began installing the fence. They did a superb job in a very timely fashion. They even worked through inclement weather to get the job done. I wish to express my appreciation to Rich and staff for a job well done. It’s nice to see some honest, hard working people in this day and age.
